New Homes
Our primary focus is on new home construction. Our projects range from mid range homes to large scale projects up to $3,000,000. We handle all aspects of the build including lot preparation, utilities, driveways and water/sanitary.
Additions
In addition to single family homes, we also do additions and some remodeling. The picture shown is of a house built in the Mid 1800's. In order to remodel it and add the additions, we had to move the house back from the road 150 feet.
Design Build
We are a one stop shop specializing in the design and build of highly unique homes from start to finish. We help with everything from lot development, selections and decorating through the final landscaping. Our projects generally range from $600,000 to $2,000,000
2 step design process
Every home we build is unique and different from the others. Our process starts with in house design with yours truly and we get your layout functioning how you like it. Once our plan is completed, we go to our home design partner Heath Follen at MSM Design. Heath and I have worked together for many years. Each home we do is designed in full color 3D Rendering inside and out!
Areas we serve
In order to mange your project properly, we only serve a limited area. We go from the south side of Lake Wisconsin to Oregon and from Lake Mills to Mt Horeb. Let us know where your project is!
